If it is dodged or misses on a stage that has Grass in it, it may start a forest fire! 3 turn cooldown; Ice Arrow - Archer Dude fires a chilling blue arrow. Impossible to block, and if caught, it freezes the person who caught it! Deals 25-50 damage and slows its target by -20 SPEED! Pierces armor well, except for metal armor. Sometimes freezes its target! Sometimes misses, but can be dodged. If it is dodged or misses on a stage that has flat Ground or Water in it, it may cause a slippery ice platform! 3 turns cooldown; Electric Arrow - Archer Dude fires a crackling yellow arrow.
